Magician and Topeka native Greg Gleason brings his magic show to Topeka for one night only.
Gleason will perform at 7:30 p.m. on October 1 at the Topeka Performing Arts Center.
Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m. on August 23 and can be purchased at the TPAC box office, 214 SE 8th Ave., or by visiting ticketmaster.com.
Gleason is a graduate of Topeka West High School and Washburn University.
He started performing magic tricks as a child and later became interested in the magic of sleight-of-hand and illusions.
Gleason spent his nights performing at Topeka restaurants and nightclubs such as The Caravan and Top of the Tower.
At 32, Gleason was headlining his own magic show at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Gleason has given over 9,000 shows at MGM in a specially designed theater.
Gleason moved to the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas and then to Bally’s in 2018 and 2019.
Over the years, Gleason has appeared in “Masters of Illusion”, “Penn and Teller”, “The Huckabee Show” and “Street Magic”.
He has also brought his show to over 600 cruises around the world.
Gleason recently presented his show at Brass Onion in the Prairiefire entertainment district of Overland Park. The performances are Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings.
